To undertake a diagnostic across Leicestershire County Council Preventative Services - primarily focusing on activities which aim to reduce spend and demand in council services.  This commission is driven by the ambition to ensure Leicestershire County Council (LCC) has the most efficient and cost-effective target operating model for preventative services and is undertaking activity that delivers positive outcomes for the authority. The award is the result of a Further Competition under Lot 4b Social Care (adults) of ESPO Framework 664_21
