Work description
The Council require one contractor to undertake the refurbishment of the 1st floor toilets and kitchen (tea point) facilities at Spring Hall Mansion in Halifax. An accompanied site visit is a condition to quote and dates will be made available via the YORtender messaging portal. Please note: works are required to be completed in March 2022.
