## Description

East Sussex County Council has a Statutory Duty to ensure regular surveys are undertaken to determine the condition of public highways within the County of East Sussex\. East Sussex County Council is seeking a Service Provider \(the "Service Provider"\) to undertake such services as described in The Service Specification\. This tender is for a 3-year contract for SCRIM survey \(Skidding Resistance Testing\) on all roads with a hierarchy of 2, 3a, and 3b\.
