Adur Homes Resident Engagement Service

Adur Homes are seeking to procure a service provider to deliver its tenant engagement and participation across its portfolio of around 4500 properties.

The contract will consist of two main elements; - A tenant engagement and participation support role and; - Support to deliver a pilot Adur Homes 'Lived experience' panel aimed at using the residents voice to influence policy, practice and proactive addressing of resident's needs. The contract currently has funding from September 2024 - March 2027 with an estimated cost of up to £75,000.00 per annum (£61,500 Year 1).
