TOLSON MUSEUM, HUDDERSFIELD - BOILER PLANT REPLACEMENT

Description

The removal of the existing oil fired mechanical services and the installation of the new gas fired boilers, flue system, pressurisation unit, heating pumps and circulators, BMS and controls, steel pipework, copper pipework, fittings, electrical works, builders work and asbestos removal. The work will be done in whilst the building is operational with the exception of the asbestos removal. This site is currently fed by a mobile boiler unit (provided by Kirklees) to maintain heating and hot water during the works. There will also be a new gas main that will require installing from the road of which quotations are already being obtained.
