Insurance Services (Excluding Broking Services)

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Lincolnshire (PCC) is looking to appoint a contractor for the provision of insurance services (excluding broking services). It is envisaged that the initial Contract Term shall be for an annual contract under a three year Long Term Agreement from 1st April 2018 with two options to extend for a period of 12 months each at the sole discretion of the PCC. This procurement process will be run under the EU Open procedure in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and will be divided into five lots: Lot 1 - Employers Liability Lot 2 - Public, Products, Pollution Liability, Officials Indemnity, Libel Lot 3 - Professional Indemnity Lot 4 - Motor Fleet Lot 5 - Fidelity Guarantee.
