Whipps Cross Hospital Redevelopment - Programme Management Office and SOC Authoring

Barts Health NHS Trust requires a Project Management Office to prepare for the approval of the SOC and the OBC phase of the Whipps Cross Redevelopment Programme. In line with what Barts Health has agreed with NHS Improvement, this work programme will both strengthen the SOC so that it is fit to be approved by national partners - including meeting the capital affordability challenges - and, at the same time, see the development of the OBC for the delivery of the redevelopment of the Hospital site.
