## Description

The purpose of this project is to provide access to Specialist Consultants with extensive knowledge of pavement engineering research and pavement monitoring and with access to unique facilities to assist Highways England\. This in turn will assist HE bring innovations into standards and working practices, and therefore deliver RIS schemes more efficiently\.
