## Description

The contract/s in the following tender is/are for the support, maintenance and transformation of: The tender will be conducted in 5 \(five\) Lots; Lot 1 - The Council's main IP Telephony and Contact Centre functionality\. Lot 2 - Local Area Network including Wireless LAN\. Lot 3 - Wide Area Network \(WAN\)\. Lot 4 - Provision and Support of Internet Security / Proxy Service Lot 5 - All in one \(Lots 1 to 4\) LBH require the winning supplier\(s\) across all lots to take on the support of all current infrastructure from 1st April 2021 when current support contract ends\.
