AT1270 Extra Care Services - 2 Sites in Luton - Meet the Buyer

Luton Council is looking to appoint a single care provider to deliver 24/7 onsite care for the two Extra Care Housing schemes in Luton.

Extra Care is defined as specialist accommodation for people over 55 years of age, designed to maximise their independence of older persons by providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment. Extra Care is designed to operate as an alternative to residential care promoting independence and supporting these with eligible care and support needs. Providers must have experience and knowledge of delivering extra care and be CQC registered with a rating of Good or above.
