## Description

The successful Tenderer will need to develop, organise and run a pilot waste removal and outreach study in an un-serviced or poorly serviced area of eThekwini Municipality\. This includes: 1\.Development of the design and format of the pilot study, to be approved with Cefas and its nominated representatives\. 2\.The approach of the study must be chosen with the South Africa and sustainability in mind - and must be preapproved by Cefas\.
