## Description

PagerDuty is an alarm aggregation and dispatching service for system administrators and support teams\. It collects alerts from monitoring tools resulting from business impacting incidents, gives an overall view of monitoring alarms, and alerts on-duty engineers if there's a problem\. It manages on-call rotas, scheduling and alert escalations\.
