## Description

Exeter City Council seeks to collaborate with an organisation to offer customers of the Council, assistance with budgeting and money management\. The organisation would be expected to provide 1 caseworker on secondment, for 37 hours per week, to work primarily with the Council's multi-debt team, but also have the capacity to quickly deal with referred customers identified by their caseworker as needing more in-depth debt resolution remedies\.
