## Description

Direct Award to WSP under WECA Professional Services Framework \\r \\r The bridge over Brunel Dam previously had a 3t weight limit\. This bridge was strengthened in\\r 2009, as part of the works to Entrance Lock\. However the information of the new weight limit\\r is unknown\. A bridge assessment is therefore required\.\\r Due to a lack of information on the bridge, this will be done over two phases\.\\r Phase 1 will be to gather and review existing information and undertake a visual inspection for\\r assessment to establish if we have sufficient information to assess the bridge without a more\\r detailed survey\.
