## Description

There is an increasing need for digital media to be utilised, managed and retained across the Force with two key drivers now raising the profile for the need for a media repository: \(a\) Smartphones with capability of capturing photo and video evidence are being rolled out to operational officers; \(b\) CPS are imminently introducing a central API to their systems that Forces are required to utilise to share digital media evidence\.
