Urgent remedial works is required at Avondale Park Primary School to ensure the building is watertight, safe, and fit for continued use. The scope of works includes: - Access and enabling works, including scaffolding - Flat and pitched roof renewal and repairs - Replacement of defective windows, doors and cladding - Associated brickwork and stonework repairs - Improvements to waterproofing, drainage and roof detailing Additional information: The procurement process was undertaken by Westminster City Council on behalf of The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
