A contract to undertake research for evidencing the cost of the UK Government's proposed regulatory interventions for Consumer IoT. For the purposes of this research, consumer IoT is defined as network-connected (and network-connectable) devices and their associated services that are usually available for the consumer to purchase in retail; and that the product's purpose is typically for use within the home or as personal electronic wearables.
