## Description

The provision of specialist recruitment advertising support, ensuring that a diverse field of candidates is attracted that is relevant to the available workforce in the local communities\. This will entail promoting and advertising HMLR vacancies by advising on the best platforms for attracting suitable candidates, using AI technology to track and target the right candidates and using HMLR approved content and if required produce content of our behalf\. Procured via CCS low value purchase system \(LVPS\) using the 'Permanent Recruitment and Contingent labour' heading\.
