Description

Swale Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest to tender for Swale House Window & Roof Finishes Replacement The contract will involve replacement of all windows, repair, insulate, finishes to roof and insulating soffit to the under croft of Swale House. The contract is anticipated to commence June 2022 and terminate June 2023. However, the council will consider bids from tenderers that offer an alternative contract period provided that a realistic programme of work is submitted as part of the tender. The tenderer/s who submit/s the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, (MEAT) will be awarded the contract. Expressions of Interest and the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document must be submitted / uploaded on the Council's e-tendering portal. The closing date for submission of Expressions of Interest and the closing date for the I.T.T. is 31 January 2022 at 09:00hrs.
