CPG/11393/2024 Provision of SWOT Analysis of ESG in Critical Minerals in Chile

The British Embassy in Santiago is seeking for a SWOT Analysis of ESG in Critical Minerals in Chile. This analysis wants to focus in three objectives: A baseline understanding of the ESG approach and situation in Chile, including (importantly) a gap analysis of what is missing. An assessment of what Chile could do to fill those gaps, laid out in a releasable public report. Suggestions for how best His Majesty's Government (HMG) should support Chile in that work, including both how Chilean policy making could be influenced, for example though technical assistance, and the mapping of potential commercial opportunities for UK business, expanded in a confidential precis for His Majesty's Government (HMG).
