## Description

This award follows a further competition under the Crown Commercial Services \(CCS\) framework agreement \(RM6088\), under Lot 4\.1: Construction Works and Associated Services - England / Wales\. Value band £20 - £80m for the demolition of relevant existing buildings and the construction of a new Faculty of Technology building, to include landscaping to the surrounding sites \(the Project\)\. The University has appointed one \(1\) Contractor under a two-stage open book design and build process \. This award notice covers Stage One for RIBA Stage 4 design, pre-construction preliminary costs and Stage Two construction preliminaries\. Stage Two construction costs will be developed during Stage One\.
