Work description
Church Street Revival HLF project at Hartlepool.The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) has awarded the Council development funding for a Townscape Heritage project in the Church Street Conservation Area. £1.2million has been earmarked to deliver the scheme, subject to an approved second-round submission and therefore the Council is seeking to appoint consultants to develop its original bid in more detail.
