## Description

Church Street Revival HLF project at Hartlepool\.The Heritage Lottery Fund \(HLF\) has awarded the Council development funding for a Townscape Heritage project in the Church Street Conservation Area\. £1\.2million has been earmarked to deliver the scheme, subject to an approved second-round submission and therefore the Council is seeking to appoint consultants to develop its original bid in more detail\.
