Provision of a Managed Print Service for Buckinghamshire County Council

Advert for Managed Print Service (MPS) Contract

Buckinghamshire County Council is using the Central Buying Consortium (CBC) Framework Agreement for the Supply of Multifunctional Devices and Document Solutions, Digital Duplicators, Print Room Equipment, Independent Audit and Managed Print Services – Ref: Y11171 to retender the Managed Print Service contract. Therefore, this advert should be read in conjunction with the CBC OJEU contract award notice 2012/S 127-210515 and 119113-2013-EN (Lots 5/6 only). The Council wishes to commission a cost effective Managed Print Service in order to provide multifunctional devices to staff across various different complexes within Buckinghamshire. There are currently 186 devices used by employees across the county. The contract will be awarded initially for 3 years with a possibility to extend for a further 2 years, depending on performance and availability of funding. Tenders must be returned via the Buckinghamshire Business Portal. The tender return date is midday on Tuesday 30th August 2016. Tenders received after this time and date will not be accepted.
