Work description
Bolsover District Council, North East Derbyshire District Council, Derbyshire County Council and Bolsover Land Ltd (a joint venture between Marcol LLP and the St. Francis Group) are considering options for the delivery of a new Innovation Park at the "gateway location" of the former Coalite Chemical Works site and surrounding area.
