Description
Cottenham CLT Limited aims to build around 30 locally-affordable 2 or 3 bedroom homes in Cottenham, Cambridgeshire. The Trust is looking to engage architectural and surveyor expertise in developing the plan up to planning permission and subsequently engaging a building partner to construct the homes. The homes will mostly be let to local people at sustainable local rents set between Local Authority "social" and "affordable" housing. Expressions of interest and summaries of experience should be addressed to Chair@cottenhamclt.org.uk for receipt by 22nd March 2019.
