LDC19004 - Local Plan and Community Infrastructure Levy Viability Study

Lichfield District Council (LDC) is seeking to commission a specialist consultancy to undertake and complete a viability study to support the new Local Plan and a review of the Community Infrastructure Levy charging schedule for the District. This will need to be prepared in accordance with the national guidance contained within the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) & Planning Practice Guidance (PPG).
