External Audit Contract

Livv Housing Group sought bids from organisations on Lot 3 of the Crown Commercial Service Management Consultancy Framework (ref: RM3745) for external audit services and tax compliance work via mini-competition. The contract encompasses all current and future members of the Group and any joint ventures or arrangements that the Group may become party to. The contract will be an initial 3 years with 2 annual options to extend by a further 12 months, up to a maximum 5 years total contract term, subject to Livv Housing Group requirements and the performance of the successful service provider.
