Maidstone Borough Council \(MBC\) is undertaking the conversion of an existing redundant agricultural building at its Vinters Park Crematorium site to a café & florists' facility along with the extension of the cloister and refurbishment and modernisation of the patio / pool area\. These 3 projects are being let as a single package of work\.
