Work description
The Royal Borough of Greenwich (RBG) is seeking to appoint a Consultant to undertake options appraisals and feasibility studies for the renewal of four communal heating systems, to achieve carbon and cost savings.
RBG is committed to improving the condition of our housing stock, tackling fuel poverty and reducing carbon emissions in the Borough. To achieve these outcomes RBG intend to upgrade a number of existing communal heating systems on its estates within the financial year 2020/21. The services sought relate to four of these communally heated estates: Strand Court, Elliston House, Bill Walden, and Jervis and Woodville Courts. These systems currently serve 181 dwellings in total.
The deadline for return tenders is Monday 20th January 2020 at 12:00pm (NOON). Any submissions after this deadline will not be considered. The deadline for Q&A's will be Monday 13th January at 17:00pm. All questions must be sent via the Proactis E-Tendering portal.
