## Description

Sport England, UK Sport and Arts Council England have jointly set up a framework agreement for a panel of external legal firms \(the 'Panel'\) which the 3 organisations will be able to utilise for their specialist legal advice requirements\. The proposed framework contract will initially be for a period of 3 years, with an option to extend it for an additional 1 year period \(i\.e\. total length of up to 4 years\)\. The contract has been awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tenders\. The estimated Sport England, UK Sport and Arts Council England collective spend through this framework over the full 4 years is up to 2 546 000 GBP
