School Meals for East Ward Community Primary and Higher Lane Primary

East Ward Community Primary School and Higher Lane Primary School are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to undertake their school meals catering provision. The successful company will be required to provide healthy balanced meals in line with recognised guidelines ensuring choice, dietary needs and tastes are met. Menus will need to be varied and rotated on a regular basis. Full details of requirements are contained within the tender documentation.

It is anticipated that the new arrangement will commence from 26th February 2018. School closes for Spring Half term on 16th February 2018 and will reopen on 26th February 2018. The successful bidder will be given access to school, during the half term holiday period, in order for school meals to be offered from 26th February 2018.

The expiry date of the contract will be 31st July 2019 with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods.
