## Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for provision of expert external advice to support activities that will provide publishable asset information as a single version of the truth enabling reliable and efficient reporting of asset inventory\. Having a single version of the truth will help avoid rework and misinformation, provide technical support in delivering asset information to support RIS2 planning and provide technical support to support the Asset Information Group \(AIG\) in developing enhancements to existing Provision of Asset Information \(POAI\) products including planning, implementing and embedding the products\.
