Exploring patient and public attitudes towards consent and decision making in health and care.

The aim of the research is to test principles in our draft consent guidance with groups of individuals who are unlikely to participate in the written consultation on the guidance. The project will form part of an extensive consultation and engagement exercise we are undertaking to inform the revision of the General Medical Council's (GMC) guidance for doctors, Consent.
