## Description

The COVID -19 pandemic and temporary closure of DWP offices meant that, in the UK, the previous face-to-face service was proven unworkable and a Digital on-line service was needed to support the safety of both citizens and DWP staff\. Home Office NINo service transformation is also being progressed to ensure parity of service for UK and Non UK residents
