## Description

The supplier shall provide solutions to the ongoing issues with the audio-visual hardware that was installed as part of the interpretation in the Victorian Prison at Lincoln Castle, to ensure visitors enjoy the highest level of customer experience\. Works to be carried out to the Magna Carta projectors, five interactive tables and the arrival section\. Holistic refresh to be carried out by Sysco to ensure these areas are fully working, enhancing visitor experience to the Castle\.
