The Borough Council of Bolton \("the Authority"\) is prepared to receive tenders for TC130 - Community Services Flexible Purchasing System\. The Flexible Purchasing System is FPS to efficiently procure and mobilise services to meet needs of vulnerable people in Bolton\. This will be procured under 2 Main Lots, with sub-lots as listed below Lot 1: Homelessness Services 1\. Homelessness Prevention 2\. Emergency Temporary Accommodation 3\. Supported Housing 4\. Other Accommodation Based Interventions 5\. Floating Support 6\. Young People's Supported Accommodation \(16-25-year-olds\) 7\. Other Homelessness Related Support and Interventions Lot 2: Domestic Abuse Services 1\. Safe Accommodation \(in Refuge\) with Specialist Onsite Support victim and children 2\. Safe Accommodation \(dispersed\) Specialist Outreach Support for Victims/Survivors and Children 3\. Sanctuary Scheme 4\. Perpetrator Intervention and Support \(Perpetrator Service\) 5\. Independent Domestic Violence Advisors service \(IDVA\) 6\. Identification and Referral to Improve Safety \(GP\) \(IRIS\)
