Review of the Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulation

To review the implementation and effectiveness of The Packaging (Essential Requirements) Regulations 2015 and make recommendations to inform potential improvements to the Regulations and wider policy on producer responsibility for packaging. In addition, undertake an economic analysis of a limited number of recommendations as agreed with the Authority.
