Mansfield District Council MDCT16-0337 Property Asset Valuations

Mansfield District Council is seeking tenders for the provision of asset valuations in respect of five UK wide investment properties comprising hotel, leisure, shopping centre and a mixed office and residential long leasehold interest (purchase of freehold pending). The valuations are required for internal balance sheet purposes and must comply with current RICS Red Book and CIPFA Code requirements. The instruction requires annual revaluations over a five year period and will include insurance reinstatement valuations as required.
