## Description

NCG at West Lancashire College requires 3 bus service routes\. The College's development plans include the continued widening of its current catchment area, by providing a bespoke transport service for Learners to access the Skelmersdale site from the Aintree, Kirkby and Maghull areas, by the provision of a free bespoke bus service\. Due to this expansion, West Lancashire College would like one Provider to be able to cover all 3 bus service routes as listed in the ITT specification\.
