## Description

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority \(WYCA\) has appointed a Consulting firm to provide an interim evaluation of the Bus Service Improvement Plan \(BSIP\) to assess the impact and Value-for-Money \(VfM\) of the programme to date, as well as collating lessons learnt from the programme to help inform the approach to franchising and the trade-offs involved with future investment in the bus network\. This is an ongoing programme following timescale and funding extensions\.
