## Description

This research aims to assess the current access to finance opportunities for companies, particularly SMEs, who are developing and manufacturing electric and connected and autonomous vehicles and their components\. We are focussed on the automotive industry as we are expecting there to be significant changes in the next decade, such as the phasing out of the internal combustion engine powered vehicles and increasing connectivity and automation\. But we believe the outputs will be applicable to other industries and sectors too\.
