The ONT GridION is a cost-effective and compact benchtop long-read sequencer, that offers on-demand whole-genome sequencing \(WGS\) with integrated real-time data processing\. This procurement for an extended software license and device warranty covering the period of three years is essential to provide ongoing support for APHA's utilisation of the GridION sequencer\.
