## Description

WCHG has a requirement for a new Cyclical Painting and associated Fencing Repairs contract\. This will replace the existing contract, which expires early August 2020\. Duration - the agreement will run for a period of TWO years, with an option to extend for TWO further 12-month periods, subject to satisfactory performances and annual review\.
