Enabling works package to include, but not limited to; Services diversions, Installation of New services, soil stabilisation works, demolition of existing skate park, drainage diversion works, construction of new bell mouth entrance to the west of the site (section 278 works), construction of new access road approx. 50 m in length and temporary car parking spaces

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
