Provision of Training Delivery for the Adult, Community and Family Learning Service

Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a service provider to provide learning and skills for residents that will enhance existing voluntary and community services, provide teaching and learning for adults engaged by the voluntary and community service in order to achieve and progress and will address social and economic regeneration in Blackpool.
