## Description

The age of the existing cable infrastructure on the Peel Park Campus has been flagged by the University's estates department as a high risk item, with cabling in parts being circa 50-60 years old\. To mitigate any potential disruption to teaching, and to provide resilience in the existing in the HV infrastructure, the University have decided to undertake a cable upgrades\. This involves the installation of a new HV ring for future development and a substation\.
