Executive Search - 3 Deputy Directors

Description

We are looking to appoint an experienced executive search agent to assist us in concurrent recruitment of up to three Deputy Directors. ORR is seeking to recruit up to three deputy directors (Senior Civil Service pay band 1). These are senior leadership roles carrying responsibility for the leadership, direction and delivery of key ORR initiatives, activities and objectives. Working to an ORR Board director, each deputy director will lead one of the following areas: • Railway access and licensing strategy and casework; • Railway planning and operations; • Highways monitoring. NB. These three areas of work do not necessarily indicate job titles Additional information: Prospective bidders should register their interest in this tender on ORR's eTendering portal (instructions for joining the tender can be found in the ITT).
