Work description
Derbyshire County Council is seeking to appoint a contractor for the repairs to Thurvaston Culvert on the Cubley Road over Marston Brook. Potential bidders are advised that the Council is to recover its costs as the result of uninsured losses as defined in Clause 5 of the instructions to Tender.
