## Description

UK Research and Innovation had a requirement to retain MATLAB licences provided by MathWorks and to enable cross boundary collaboration within UKRI\. The Contract was awarded following a negotiated procedure without prior publication, in accordance with regulation 32 \(5\) \(b\) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015\.
